Pack 108 has many events and activities throughout the year which include Pinewood Derby race, caroling at the Siena Center, the Blue and Gold Banquet, Scouting for Food, Summer Camps, District Polar Challenge, putting American flags on veteran's graves for Memorial Day, Hikes, Scouts vs. leaders kickball game, the Rain Gutter Regatta and more.

There are campfire, flag, and award ceremonies, skits put on by scouts, parties, and songs.

Other non-annual events have included Color Guard for a Milwaukee Admirals home game, Pack flag retirement ceremony, trip to the Mitchell Park Domes, and visits to the Racine fire and Sheriff Departments.
